Chris Galluzzo

Chris Galluzzo is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and accomplished real estate professional whose experience spans residential sales, development, property management, and investment throughout the New York metropolitan area.

A graduate of Hofstra University with a BBA and a specialization in Sales and Marketing, Chris brings decades of hands-on real estate experience to The Galluzzo Team. Throughout his career, he has developed, owned, and managed more than 60 buildings valued at over $600 million across Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Northern New Jersey. This extensive background has given Chris an exceptional understanding of real estate from nearly every angle—from property acquisition and development to construction, management, marketing, negotiation, and sales.

Before focusing on residential real estate on Long Island, Chris built a diverse career as a landlord, condominium developer, property manager, rental agent, and sales professional. His experience navigating complex transactions and development projects allows him to provide clients with insight that extends far beyond the traditional role of a real estate broker.

Today, Chris brings that knowledge and experience to buyers, sellers, investors, and developers throughout Long Island as a member of The Galluzzo Team at Compass. Known for his focused approach, strong negotiating skills, and in-depth understanding of the market, Chris is committed to helping clients make informed decisions while guiding them through every stage of a transaction.

A longtime member of the Long Island community, Chris has also remained actively involved in local organizations, charitable initiatives, and community service.
