The Galluzzo Team assisted me with the sale of my childhood home after my mother’s passing. While their name says “Team”, they are family, and in this process became my family. They were calm, compassionate, and caring throughout the process. Dealing with the passing of a parent and settling of their estate is difficult enough, during these times, it was even more difficult. I am grateful for the Galluzzo Team, I was never alone. The Galluzzo Team guided me through the entire process, from properly pricing, negotiating offers, recommending different strategies to assist with clearing the house out once under contract, to stopping by to help me take things to the curb, and even showing up with a chainsaw after the hurricane brought down part of a tree. Every question I had along the way was not only answered quickly via phone, text, or email but was followed up on to ensure that I was alright. Phone calls always ended with a warm and sincere, “We’ve got you, brother.” This kindness and caring continued through closing and beyond. I will never forget the last day at my childhood home. My son had driven up from North Carolina the night before to pick me up, along with the last few items from the house. Chris Galluzzo met us at the house before 8 am. We did one last walk-through, Chris reassuring me all the way. Then, we went outside. Chris stood in silent reverence as my son and I took down the flag. We retired the colors that my mother, a World War II veteran, flew every day. I was truly honored to have the Galluzzo Team present at that moment because well before that day, they had become family. The Galluzzo Team honored my mother’s memory with their kindness, compassion, and caring. I am forever grateful, and I know my mother is grateful, too.

What a fabulous bunch of folks. They were excellent. Mom and Dad created a great sale plan which resulted in a full sales price offer on the very first day! Can’t beat that.
