Christo Galluzzo

Born and raised on Long Island in a family with decades of experience in the real estate industry, Christo Galluzzo has been immersed in real estate for most of his life. With more than a decade of professional experience spanning Long Island, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, Christo brings a unique combination of market knowledge, negotiation, marketing, technology, and creativity to The Galluzzo Team.

Christo began his real estate career in late 2011, working in the Brooklyn and Manhattan markets while attending college at Baruch College and Brooklyn College. He focused extensively on neighborhoods including Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Gowanus, and Carroll Gardens, gaining valuable experience in both residential rentals and sales. Having personally lived in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Suffolk County, Christo developed an understanding of the diverse housing markets, neighborhoods, and lifestyles found throughout New York.

In 2018, Christo joined his parents, Chris and Elena, in creating The Galluzzo Team as a family real estate business on Long Island. Since then, the team has grown into one of the area's recognized real estate teams, representing buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across Long Island.

Christo's role goes well beyond that of a traditional real estate agent. With professional training in photography and visual media, he has spent years developing expertise in real estate photography, drone photography, floor plans, 3D virtual tours, videography, digital advertising, and social media marketing. He has personally photographed and marketed hundreds of homes throughout his career, including many of The Galluzzo Team's featured properties.

By keeping much of the team's creative and marketing process in-house, Christo is directly involved in how a property is presented to the market. From photography and drone imagery to digital campaigns, social media, video, and online exposure, he understands that successfully selling a home today requires much more than simply placing it on the MLS. It requires creating a compelling presentation and getting that property in front of the right audience.

That combination of real estate experience and marketing expertise has become one of Christo's greatest strengths. His outgoing personality allows him to connect naturally with clients and other professionals, while his strong negotiating skills and understanding of the market help him advocate for his clients throughout every stage of a transaction.
