Elena Galluzzo is the Lead Agent of The Galluzzo Team at Compass and a longtime Long Island real estate professional known for her market knowledge, personal approach, and dedication to the clients and communities she serves.

Born and raised in Dix Hills, Elena's love of homes, architecture, and design inspired her to pursue a career in real estate more than 20 years ago. What began as a passion for helping people find the right home has developed into a successful career representing buyers, sellers, investors, and families throughout Long Island.

In 2018, Elena and her husband, Chris, joined with their son Christo to establish The Galluzzo Team as a family-run real estate business. As Lead Agent, Elena plays an integral role in guiding the team's clients, developing its business, and maintaining the high level of personal service that has become central to The Galluzzo Team's reputation.

With deep roots in the Long Island community and extensive experience throughout Suffolk and Nassau Counties, Elena brings an invaluable understanding of local neighborhoods, home values, market conditions, and the many factors that influence a successful real estate transaction. Her experience allows her to provide sellers with thoughtful pricing and marketing strategies while helping buyers confidently navigate one of the most important purchases of their lives.
